yesterday... i accompanied dear for his jogging... dear's IPPT or called it the fitness test is coming and dear has not been training for a long time.. haha... so the day before yesterday he decided to starrt jogging before it's too late.. dear went for his jog in the evening 3 rounds around his neighbourhood.. i can say it is quite a big round.. start running from his house to the temple area then 3 round at the temple area then walk home.. it was fun accompanying dear dear.. hee hee.. because i was basical cycling around.. hee hee.. okie.. i didnt jog... haha.. i took marcus small bicycle and ride around with dear.. hee hee.. going round and round around dear when he is jogging.. haha.. laughing not stop and around him.. hee hee.. like siao ding dong like that.. haha..
